How does it work?
This meditation is based on Alpha Sound and hypno therapy. It will make your mind suggestible for new input and enable you to see past the clutter.
Once you have the physical experience, you can’t “unsee” it, making it the start of a positive feedback loop that will continue to provide value in your life.
What can I expect?
If this is the first time you’ve meditated, you might feel a bit “weird” when your mind starts to travel. This is normal and will diminish with more practice.
You can expect a better understanding of your own mind, as well well as beneficial effects on those around you.
Do I have to be experienced in meditation for this?
No. All you need to do is to sit back, relax, sitting upright in a comfortable position.
There is no need for poses, mantras or anything of the like. Just sit somewhere comfortable and enjoy the ride.
