Why should you care about Quantum Meditation?
Well, first of all, it is the single most powerful skill that I’ve ever had the pleasure of discovering. Before I got into this, I was a lazy, unambitious, judgemental, borderline racist negative thinker and a nationally branded criminal with millions in debt.
Everything was happening to me, not for me. I saw obstacles instead of opportunities, and I lived a very monotone and repetative life.
After I found the power of Quantum Meditation, I was hooked. I could never unsee what I had seen, and it kept on expanding upon itself. I started to notice that I had real, genuine love for everyone around me. When you understand the science behind nature, and relate to everything as a part of yourself, you tend to view the world differently.
I went from being self-serving to serving – always wanting to provide help and value for others.
This became one of the most powerful things I’ve practiced in my life. Simply through seeing the world from a slightly different perspective, and going inside my own universe regularly, I started to sense something “different”. It was like I had the keys to the kingdom in many ways, because all of a sudden everything made sense.
I want to share this with you today so that you can take part in this magical superpower that is the Quantum Mindset.
What you need to know
First of all, understand that change will never happen overnight. By all means, it might, but such instances are rare. If you’ve never done Quantum Meditation before, or meditation in general, you’ll need to start developing a skill first.
This means that if you feel like you’re falling asleep while trying to meditate, or if you feel like you’re not really “doing it”, you need to keep going. It will happen for you as long as you keep up the practice. It follows the same rules as with everything else in life. You might be born with muscles, but it’s not a six-pack just yet.
So put in the time and effort, even if it’s 5 minutes per day.
As James Clear says in his book Atomic Habits, do 1% every day and by the end of the year, you’ll be 37x better if you stick to it. There’s a lot more to building habits, but trust me when I say that developing a habit for meditation will completely change your life in a very holistic way. For more help on developing the habit, peek into our community on Facebook. We’re always creating resources to help you on your way.
You’ll also gain a massive, cosmological advantage by knowing the science that supports the practice. In other words – why the heck you’re doing it at all. If you don’t have a strong why for doing anything that requires effort, failing to stay committed is extremely easy. How often have you had a New Year resolution and before you know it – a year has passed without any changes?
We’re human – it happens.
But form a strong why that supports you in committing every day, and your life will change. For me, that why is simple – it enables me to consciously manifest my dream reality and interact with the universe and nature around me on a level that is so intimate, that mere words will not describe it.
As Ram Dass so eloquently put it; “For those who’s had the experience, no explanation is neccessary. For those who have not had it, none is possible”
That statement was intended for psychedelics, but as I have a great deal of experience in both, I can 100% support that opinion.
So let’s talk about exactly how this science enables you to interact with the structure of the Universe, shall we?
The Science Behind Quantum Meditation
Where are your thoughts and memories when you’re not thinking about them?
Yeah, many have never heard that sentence before, but there’s a reason behind me asking it.
It has always been said that an Atom is 99.999999999999% empty space. With our modern science, we know that this is simply not true. So instead of picturing the Universe as empty, see it as full.
Before we go any further, I also want to put in a disclaimer. I am a 30+ year-old dude from Norway who used to be a complete failure. These concepts have given me a way of looking at life with unconditional love for all beings. We do not understand human consciousness and its abilities, and I won’t claim to have all the answers. The things I’m about to share have worked for me and countless others, but mainstream science will still frown upon some of these things. Also an important note; Mainstream science and medical doctors also endorsed cigarettes at one time, so there’s that...
Your brain is like a parachute – it works best when it’s open
So let’s say that the atoms are filled with sub-atomic information. And maybe, then, that information holds your thoughts when you’re not actively “using” them.
So picture that thought being pulled from the field of information as you think about it.
It enters your brain and travels to your hypothalamus.
Inside the hypothalamus, it grabs the necessary amino acids and proteins to assemble something called a neuro-peptide. This is to be considered the physical product of your thought. What’s important to note, is that this neuro-peptide has the same “code” as the emotion that came with the thought. So if you were scared when the thought emerged, the neuro-peptide will have that same signature.
This applies to all feelings, good and bad, which is the good news.
So the neuro-peptide shoots out of your hypothalamus in search of a cell.
Our cells does three things; They eat, they shit, and they multiply.
Now, as the neuro-peptide finds the cell, it transfers that signature – that emotion – to the cell.
Now the magic happens.
If your thought was coded with fear, you’ll start to feel overwhelmed. It will literally overtake your body from the inside, making the emotion manifest and fester.
If you keep thinking like that over a long period of time, you’ll grow to “like” it. It will become your new normal, which isn’t helpful to you at all. To make matters worse; any change to that state will feel uncomfortable, even if it’s good, simply because it’s not your default state.
Your brain won’t care about positivity or negativity. It only knows what it’s being fed, and it will always take the path of least resistance.
All hope is not gone, though.
Our brains can’t tell the difference between a thought that is visualized in detail – and reality. That makes us able to consciously program it to achieve any outcome we choose. This is also where Quantum Meditation plays a huge role.
Now that we have become overwhelmed by an emotion that was associated with a thought, let’s explore what happens next!
Our Magical Engine: The Human Heart
Did you know that your heart can remember stuff all by itself? That it has its own memories, feelings, and who knows – maybe even thoughts?
This is due to the fact that our systems are interconnected.
Dr. Armour, in 1991, discovered that the heart has its “little brain” or “intrinsic cardiac nervous system.” This “heart brain” is composed of approximately 40,000 neurons that are alike neurons in the brain, meaning that the heart has its own nervous system.
These neurons can also be found in your gut! If that didn’t light a little “Ooooh, tell me more!” in you, try this:
“Follow your heart” and “Trust your gut” is more than just sayings.
Now, while you’ve been reading this, your heart has been pumping away. You’ve blinked your eyes and you’ve been inhaling and exhaling air. I’m fairly certain that if I were to ask you to give me the number of each of those activities during the last 5 minutes, you’d have a hard time telling me.
We just operate. Our systems are perfectly optimized to do what it needs to do in order to keep us going. Isn’t it slightly arrogant then, to think that we’re not capable of doing much with these systems?
The human emotion is a powerful one. We can inspire, motivate, love, create, and much more. We’re the only species (that we know of) that can visualize our own death. These are powerful abilities, yet many are unaware of their powers.
When you feel bad, you’re probably not very productive, but when you’re hyped and positive, you’re energized and motivated. For this reason alone, it’s in our best interest to stay positive, right?
When we vibrate on a high level, staying positive and in awe of the world, people get affected by our energy. We literally pull people up, making low vibrations vibrate on a higher frequency.
You’ve probably sensed the looming heaviness if you enter a room filled with negative thinkers, who’s sitting around a table and competing in who has the worse life.
The reason behind it is kind of logical, wouldn’t you agree?
If you’re vibrating high, you’ll be pulled down if you’re overwhelmed by low vibrating energy. At the same time, you’ll be like a lighthouse in a storm for those who are feeling like crap, because your energy is pulling them up!
So if you’re sharing your energy, be sure to fill it back up by talking to other high-vibing individuals!
The point here is that our hearts act like a little engine that just powers on. It also transmits energy into the Universe. This energy can be measured and seen with our technology, like Kirlian Photography, and EEG’s, and although we can see it in a 3ft diameter around us, AKA our aura, we really don’t know how far it spreads.
This is good news though, which we will get to in a little bit.
The Field That Powers Quantum Meditation
As I mentioned earlier, try to think about the Universe as full, not empty. And that this information is everywhere, in everything.
To make this concept more visual, I want to tell you a story.
Two fish were swimming on the bottom of the ocean somewhere. They met an older fish who asked them; “How’s the water?”
The younger fish looked at eachother before they kindly replied – “It’s nice!”
As they swam further away from the older fish, they turned to each other again and exclaimed “What the actual heck is water?!”
Much like the ocean of fish, the earth is enveloped in a field of electromagnetic energy. I tend to view this as the medium, much like the phone lines enable us to contact another human being, this energy transmits information.
Now I know that if you’ve never entertained this thought before, you might want something that will enable you to connect this to something familiar.
I have good news, wrapped in horrible news.
On a clear, sunny Tuesday in New York City, September 11th, 2001, something horrible happened. The world trade center was hit by two passenger planes and threw the world into shock. This is the horrible news.
However, as the world received the news of the attack, something interesting happened, that points towards humans sharing a Global Consciousness. There was a massive spike in the earth’s electromagnetic field as the world learned what happened that morning.
The collective outpouring of human emotions such as grief, sorrow, pain, and fear actually changed the magnetic field of the planet, as proven by the Geosynchronous Operational Environmental Satellites, or GOES, that orbits Earth.
This, of course, raised some eyebrows. All of a sudden we had proof that we had some power that we didn’t realize we had. Many organizations, such as the Heart-Math Institute, and the Global Coherence Project among others, started to research this phenomenon. What they’ve found has the potential to change your life.
The Power to Change Reality Through Quantum Meditation
So now we know that a large group of people have the power to impact the global field. We also know, through experiments, that when a larger group of people meditate for peace and share the desire for a positive outcome, the negative things such as crime, disease, accidents, and so on, actually diminish in the immediate area of the meditation.
This is due to a certain set of “rules” though. If you were doing this for your own self-interest, chances are that it wouldn’t work very effectively. Simply because the natural powers and frequencies of high-vibing emotions such as gratitude, love, and compassion, overpower it. It’s like the pressure of a water hose. If you don’t have enough pressure, the hose isn’t really doing much. Add to the pressure, in this case with high-vibing emotions, and it will spray all over the place.
So by practicing love and compassion, your life will not only improve mentally, you’ll start to notice and attract good things into your life. Literally… Ever heard of the Law of Attraction? *wink wink*
But how do we use this amazing power? Get to the point already!
Well, because our brains can’t tell the difference between reality and thought, the theory goes like this.
When we visualize something in great detail and sense it with all of our sensory inputs, we’re creating a ripple in the fabric of space. Stay with me…
Our brain has this sorting mechanism, called the Reticular Activating System, that picks out the things you need to be aware of to answer some question.
“How many red cars are there?”… All of a sudden, all you see are red cars. See where I’m going with this?
If you revisit a memory of the desired future – literally remembering your future – you’ll subconsciously start to notice things that will lead you to that outcome, which will feel like you’re manifesting stuff.
It’s simply you fascilitating that outcome by using the power you have as a creator.
Now, I’m not going to say that this is easy. It might seem simple, but it’s definitely not easy.
This is because you actually have to know that this works. Some of you might read this and get that final piece of the puzzle, others might need guidance.
That’s what I do though.
I teach people the science, values, lessons, and techniques to live a perfect life, based on my insane experiences and the mountain of books and knowledge that I have amassed over the years.
If you need guidance, you should consider investing in yourself by hiring me to guide you, because I can guarantee you that your life will change completely if you don’t already know how to do these things.
I’ve created a guided meditation that I want you to try. You can access it for FREE by clicking here.
Thank you so much for giving me your time, and have a fantastic day <3
