Timeline
How we got here
Tor came to his destiny much like the famous children’s book by Lemony Snicket – through A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Having lived and transcended “permanent” and inoperable blood clots, debts in the millions of dollars, prison and suicidal thoughts in solitary confinement, losing his family to deportation, and much, much more… – some experience was gained.
As the years went by, the trials got harder, but it wasn’t until he lost his fiance and daughter that it “clicked”.
That’s when the work began.

2021-
In the midst of a pandemic, every single deadline and project fell on its ass.
Until the work paid off with a freaking bang.
We have finally made it to the point where we can change the world a piece at the time.
2020
Put everything on the line to make it without any government aid. Then the pandemic hit, and we lost every piece of work up until that point. I had to become something “New”.
2018
I started to take my education seriously, so I studied day and night, constantly improving anything I could.
– then my family got deported
2017
Received the blessing of a daughter. More motivation to reach the goals and become the man I had to become.
2016
Went to the fateful festival of Midgartsblot, where I met the love of my life. Little did I know that I was about to start the fight of the century.
2015
Lost my last “9-5” job. I also became a father for the first time, making me motivated to make my own path for him.
2011
Released from prison, dedicated to starting my life.
2008-11
Faced my mortality while being “pressured” on a cell during solitary confinement. I lost my mind a little during that stay, but it was important for my future growth.
2008
Had the brilliant idea of paying off the debt I knew I was going to get by committing three armed robberies and a bunch more crimes.

By the last half of 2008, I was arrested by a squad of Norwegian Swat while dropping off my girlfriend at the time.
2007
In a drunken mishap, I managed to set fire to a mall, landing me $4 million in debt. This led to a catastrophic mindset that further catapulted me into my journey.
2005
“Have I plugged my arm in my sleep?”
As I woke up next to the girlfriend I had at the time, I noticed my left arm was 11 cm larger in diameter than my right arm.
This became known as my life-defining blood clot.
It started everything. I couldn’t possibly be more grateful for that experience.

If there’s one thing I believe in, it’s authenticity. I want to help people reach their dreams while living out their most amazing life.
Being a father, my family comes first at all times. They’re the motivation behind why The FML Project is what it is today.
I’m building this project for them. We can die at any moment, so I’m creating content so that my children can get to know their dad if I should pass away while they’re still young.
The project is also my contribution towards a positive change in the world. If more people share an abundant growth mindset, we can achieve incredible things together.
Following the principles of Kaizen; this is an ever-growing work in progress, just like the real human beings behind it. It will grow as more and more people come together and share insights, experiences, dreams, and personal journeys.
Over the years, I’ve studied everything I could get my hands on in order to reach my goals.
I’ve devoured courses, books, videos, picked the brains of world-renowned experts, and the list goes on.
It evolved into The FML Philosophy, which combines ancient teachings, modern science, and esoteric mysticism to change both the inner and outer reality of everyday people!

What is The FML Project?
F – Fulfilment
M – Motivation

Fehu – “Fay-Who” – Literally: “Cattle”
Esoteric: Rune of abundance and fulfillment. It can signify wealth gained, successes met and rewards delivered. It promises nourishment- from the mundane comforts of everyday life to the nourishment of the soul.
Mannaz – “Man-az” – Literally: “Mankind”
Esoteric: Humankind, awareness. Rune of the Divine structure of intelligence in the human soul or psyche.
Laguz – “Log-uhz” – Literally: “Waterfall”
Esoteric: Life energy, ocean spirit, origins of life, the collective unconscious, the astral plane, love as unity, evolution.
First off, FML stands for, you guessed it, Fuck My Life. It is a fitting name for something that came from a painful life, which turned into a life full of love, abundance, and happiness.
FML has 3 stages:
Stage 1 – “Fuck My Life“
-For those who are fed up with life. They want something more than what they have and feel stuck without a goal or a dream.
Stage 2 – “Fuck… My Life?“
-The information you received changed the perspective you had before learning it, so you’re wondering where your past life went and why you haven’t thought of things like this before. A new world opens itself to you. You can SEE the freedom. It has become tangible. It has become POSSIBLE.
Stage 3 – “Fuck.. My LIFE! <3“.
-This is the dream, where you’ve reached your goals and the problems of the past are no more.
You’ll have new “problems”, like
- What can I create today that will make a positive impact?
- What awesome trip do I want to take today?
- Who do I want to meet?
- What do I want to experience?
- Where should I take my family to have fun, this Wednesday morning?
Not really “problems”, am I right?
When you’ve reached Stage 3, you can do whatever you want. You have a clear structure, a reliable income, and the freedom to do what you want when you want.
And if you don’t know what your purpose or goal is, we’ll discover it together through Neuro-Linguistic Programming and other fancy words.
What is the FML Method?
New students get assessed on their situation regarding their goals and their current mindset.
From there, we craft a custom plan for them with relevant techniques, routines, exercises, and tools to reach their goals.
We focus on proven methods that are based on peer-reviewed science and/or esoteric teachings, meaning that everything that a student learns can be tested and researched for validity or felt first hand.
In our free strategy sessions, we give new visitors a taste of what's to come completely free of charge.
What is a Strategy Session?
"Strategy Session" is what we call the initial conversation we have before we decide if we'll work together.
This is where you'll get to learn more about what we do, what we can provide, and get to know us in general.
It is very important that everyone involved trusts each other before deciding to work together, which is why this first session is completely free of charge, as are all the techniques that are discussed and taught during the call.
You need to know that we have your best intention in mind, as well as our ability to help you.
We also need to know for certain that we are able to help you, as every student is unique. We don't work with people if we don't know 100% that we can help them. This is a big problem in the industry and we aim to fix that, by showing people what real results are.
